Hello everyone! JLF is seeking to hire a focused, self disciplined individual for an entry level, full time, salary position as a Leasing Consultant in the Residential/Commercial Property Management Field. Bilingual with Spanish would have an added value in this role, but is not required. This position will entail assisting the Portfolio Managers with rental application processing, answering phone calls, responding to company emails/texts, and helping to market vacant residential, commercial and multi-family properties.
We are based out of Concord NC close to Concord Mills Mall, but service 11 counties in and around the Metro Charlotte area. On the Residential side, we manage single family homes, small apartments and multi family units for over 260 individual owner clients. On the Commercial side we manage Retail Shopping Centers, Warehouse and Industrial Complexes, Medical/Office/Flex properties.

Good communication skills, with the ability to process quickly and think proactively is a must. Will require working with industry specific software management. Requires heavy administrative processing using Corporate Provided Laptop; Seeking someone that is proactive, with the ability to think on their own. Starting salary range is $42,000-$48,000/year depending on experience and expertise. Valid driver’s license required. Full time position requiring a Monday-Friday 9am-5pm schedule.
