We are looking for an ambitious, sales driven Leasing Consultant to join our team at our Luxury Class A Lease Up in Las Vegas, NV Are you a team player with sales skills? Fore Property Company a privately held growing national development and property management company is seeking a Sr. Leasing consultant to join our team. The Leasing Consultant will be responsible for pre-leasing, property tours with potential residents, following up with prospects, outreach marketing, oversight of leases and lease related duties, resident retention, and reporting. Solid communication skills, customer service skills, and sales and marketing experience are a must. Requirements: * Minimum of 2 years leasing experience with a minimum of 1 year of lease up leasing experience required. * Experience with Yardi a plus * Social Media experience is a must * Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization or public * Computer proficiency, including MS Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook * Must be available to work Weekend schedule.
