EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Required: Minimum of 2 years in leasing
• Preferred: Experience with Onesite,College degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.

Competencies:

• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field, with a focus on leasing or real estate (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with prospects, residents, and team members.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for lease administration and record-keeping.
• Proficiency in property management software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office suite.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of fair housing regulations, leasing laws, and customer service best practices.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
