LEASING CONSULTANT

Our Leasing Consultants work together with our management team members and are responsible for Leasing our available suites to prospects looking for a place to call home.
Duties included in this role include the following:

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Minimum 2 years in a customer service, sales-related role
New Residential Construction Leasing Experience
· Professional and customer service-oriented approach to daily duties
· Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
· Strong sales and closing related skills
· Yardi experience preferred
· Computer experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel
· Desire to work with people and the ability to remain customer focused in a fast paced and constantly changing environment
· Adaptable, organized and flexible - the ability to handle different problems as they occur
· Ability to work evening and Saturdays as required
