Position Summary: The Leasing Consultant is responsible for marketing and leasing affordable senior apartments while providing exceptional customer service and supporting community engagement. Key Responsibilities: Respond to inquiries and conduct tours for prospective residents. Process applications and ensure compliance with housing regulations. Maintain leasing records and occupancy reports. Support resident retention and community activities. Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required. 1+ year of leasing or customer service experience. Knowledge of affordable housing programs preferred.
