QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

• Positive and energetic attitude, with strong communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act is an asset
• Sales or leasing experience is preferred
• Strong multitasking abilities with attention to detail
• Flexibility in working hours, including weekends, with a commitment of 37.5 to 44 hours per week

ROLE SUMMARY AND PURPOSE

Leasing Consultants play a vital role in the Old Oak community, acting as the face of the organization and ensuring a seamless leasing experience from initial contact through to occupancy. You will assist prospective residents and handle leasing-related administrative tasks, all while fostering a positive work environment and contributing to high customer satisfaction.
