This position requires excellent interpersonal skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to effectively market and lease available units while delivering outstanding service to prospective tenants. Key Responsibilities: Tenant Relations: Greet and assist prospective tenants, offering a professional first impression. Property Tours: Lead tours highlighting available units, amenities, and community features. Tenant Screening: Guide applicants through the process and conduct background and credit checks per policy. Lease Negotiation: Assist with lease agreements, ensuring tenants understand terms and fees. Marketing and Promotion: Work with marketing to advertise units via online platforms and maintain updated property information. Documentation and Reporting: Keep accurate records of leases and submit required reports Customer Service: Address tenant concerns and maintenance requests promptly and professionally. Requirements: 1+ years of experience in leasing, property management, real estate, or a related field. Customer Service Skills Availability to work on weekends High school diploma; bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field preferred. Experience with property management software Resman and Knock is preferred but not required.
