Wesley Apartment Homes is seeking a motivated full time Leasing Consultant to join our amazing team at our Wesley St. Claire Community located in Lawrenceville. Fluent ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish is a plus! The Leasing Consultant is the face of Wesley Apartment Homes and interacts directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy. Starting pay, $17.00/hr plus monthly commissions and excellent benefits! You will: Connect with people through phone calls, appointments and follow up communication elevating the customer experience Be the smiling face and first impression to all prospective and current residents in the community Actively convert prospects into active residents Respond to telephone and internet inquires Assist with planning and implementation of community marketing to generate traffic Keep market surveys or competitor rates and visit competitors’ communities Respond sensitively to concerns and or complaints The successful candidate is an individual with: Bilingual (English/Spanish required) Strong sales experience Customer service oriented Leasing Experience (preferred) Ability to work rotating weekends Excellent communication, interpersonal and organization skills High school degree Reliable transportation required Must pass a background check and drug screen. Physical Requirements Sedentary work typically in an office or outdoor environment. Lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds is occasionally required. Walking, talking, hearing and seeing with close visual acuity are frequently required.
