Description

As Leasing Coordinator, you will assist with the organization and management of Mosaic’s Residential Rental Properties. Key duties include lease administration, marketing homes and market research. You have a background in retail, hospitality, or customer service and are keen to learn and grow your career in the rental properties industry. You are organized, detail oriented and enjoy helping others. This role is office based in Vancouver, with frequent travel to our rental properties around the Lower Mainland.

Who You Are
You have a background in retail, hospitality or customer service along with an undergraduate degree in business or a related field.
You like working with people and possess excellent English communication skills, both oral and written. Bonus points if you speak another language.
You have a valid driver’s licence, access to a vehicle, and are comfortable driving to sites around the Lower Mainland.
You are organized, a good planner, detail orientated, and able to resolve conflicts with sound judgement and with an even keeled approach.
You are comfortable working flexible hours, including some weekends. You know your way around Outlook, Word, Excel and Adobe. Experience using Buildium or any property management software is an asset.
Finally, you’re a team player who brings out the best in others. You have a ‘can-do’ attitude and see possibilities and opportunities all around you.
