Tarek is an ideal candidate to lead all retail and F&B leasing activities for Retal’s residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. His background includes more than 15 years of experience across the GCC with leading groups such as AlGhanim Industries (Wendy’s, Costa, Xcite) and Alshaya Group, where he managed large portfolios of 400+ to 1000+ commercial units, handled expansions, negotiations, rent optimization, and led cross-functional leasing operations. He has a strong network with major landlords, developers, and F&B brands in Saudi Arabia and the region, allowing him to secure high-quality tenants and improve the commercial value of Retal’s assets. His experience covers the full leasing cycle including site selection, financial analysis, negotiation, contract execution, and coordination with Projects, Legal, Finance, and Operations teams.
