SALARY: $60-85K + SUPER (DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE)

Spanian’s Kebabs is looking for a Leasing Executive to lead our property growth strategy across NSW and beyond. This is a strategic role responsible for site sourcing, lease negotiations, and managing commercial property agreements from end to end. This role is ideal for someone who has prior experience in the field or is looking to start out in property, leasing, or real estate and wants to grow with a fast-paced QSR brand.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead lease negotiations and renewals
  • Identify and secure strategic locations
  • Manage relationships with landlords, agents, and developers
  • Oversee fit-out timelines and commercial milestones
  • Track key property metrics and present to leadership

✅About You:

  • 2+ years experience in retail or QSR leasing (Preferred, but not essential)
  • Proven ability to negotiate favourable lease terms
  • Strong knowledge of commercial property laws and processes
  • Excellent stakeholder and project management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment
  • Willingness to learn and grow with the business
  • Formal qualifications would be advantageous
