Business Overview The Real Estate team, of over 130 Real Estate professionals, has deep industry knowledge and property sector expertise across the real estate investment market including funds management, development, asset management and leasing. The Role Through exciting internal promotions and a strong acquisition pipeline, we are looking to expand our high performing NSW Retail Leasing team. Your role will have you identifying new opportunities within the leasing market, creating, building, and preserving strong client relationships, sourcing new business leads, develop leasing strategies that support the Investment Plan and negotiating and securing market leading deal terms. Your Background and Experience You have experience in retail leasing and bring sound knowledge of retail markets and hierarchy of properties, tenants, and owners within the industry. Having completed your Tertiary qualifications in Real Estate/Property or Finance, we would look to you as strong collaborator between teams with the ability to remain self-motivated. You are a people person who builds trust and strong relationships but is also not afraid for negotiation to achieve favorable results. Communication is key, you pride yourself on your excellent communication skills as well as demonstrated analytic, conceptual, and problem-solving experience. Ready to invest in what matters?
