Responsibilities

Formulate and execute leasing strategies to achieve optimal trade mix and tenancy profile.
Manage all leasing matters, including handling enquiries, conducting site viewings, negotiating lease terms, and overseeing renewals and documentation.
Prepare and update leasing-related marketing materials, circulars, and promotional collateral.
Keep abreast of retail and commercial market trends to support decision-making and tenant targeting.
Prepare annual budgets, leasing forecasts, and monthly performance reports; monitor and track leasing KPIs.
Collaborate closely with internal departments such as marketing, property management, and finance to support tenant events, promotions, and business alignment.
Build and maintain strong tenant relationships to ensure long-term partnerships and high occupancy rates.Perform any other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor or management.
