Spanian’s Kebabs is looking for a Leasing Executive to lead our property growth strategy across NSW and beyond. This is a strategic role responsible for site sourcing, lease negotiations, and managing commercial property agreements from end to end.
You will work closely with our Business Manager and our Operation teams to ensure each new location aligns with brand and commercial goals.

• Lead lease negotiations and renewals
• Identify and secure strategic locations
• Manage relationships with landlords, agents, and developers
• Oversee fit-out timelines and commercial milestones
• Track key property metrics and present to leadership

✅About You:

• 3+ years experience in retail or QSR leasing (Preferred, but not essential)
• Proven ability to negotiate favourable lease terms
• Strong knowledge of commercial property laws and processes
• Excellent stakeholder and project management skills
• Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment
• Willingness to learn and grow with the business
