The Leasing Manager plays a key role in delivering the FLATS living experience, serving as the first impression for prospective residents and a trusted resource for current residents. The specific property location is listed confidentially for the privacy of our tenants. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, customer-focused professional who is passionate about providing exceptional service, skilled in managing leasing activity, and capable of supporting resident needs with care and attention. Responsibilities Work through all available leads promptly, effectively converting prospects into residents. Conduct engaging and personalized property tours that showcase the unique FLATS lifestyle and amenities. Prepare, complete, and maintain accurate lease files and documentation in compliance with company policies. Manage leasing system data to ensure accurate records and assist in achieving occupancy goals. Handle day-to-day resident interactions, including answering questions, submitting work orders, and providing general support. Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth move-in and move-out process, promoting a positive resident experience. Uphold FLATS’ service standards by fostering a community-driven, welcoming environment. Inspect buildings and grounds regularly to ensure safety and cleanliness; promptly alert the maintenance team to any items that require repair. Comply with all company policies, applicable health and safety rules and regulations, as well as local, state, and federal laws. Maintain knowledge of local market trends and competitor properties to support effective leasing strategies. Partner with the broader property team to support leasing events and marketing initiatives. 2–5 years of relevant experience in leasing luxury properties, property management, or a related field preferred. A Valid Driver’s license is required. Understanding of Fair Housing Laws. Proficiency in using Yardi property management software is required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine passion for customer service. Highly organized with strong attention to detail, time management, and follow-through. Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating CRM systems, leasing platforms, and digital communication tools. Professional, polished demeanor with the ability to build trust with residents and prospects. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Bilingual preferred – Spanish. $55,000–$60,000 annually + Leasing Commissions and Bonuses.
