Job Summary The Leasing Manager is responsible for overseeing and leading the leasing operations of the community. This role ensures occupancy goals are met by implementing effective marketing strategies, maintaining resident satisfaction, and leading the leasing team to deliver outstanding customer service. The Leasing Manager also serves as the main liaison between prospective residents and the property, guiding the leasing process from initial inquiry to move-in. Key Responsibilities 1. Leasing & Marketing: • Manage the full leasing cycle including tours, applications, approvals, and move-ins. • Maximize occupancy through proactive leasing, outreach marketing, and lead conversion. • Maintain accurate knowledge of all floor plans, availability, and pricing. • Prepare market surveys and maintain awareness of local competition. • Execute and monitor marketing campaigns, online listings, and social media promotions. • Ensure model apartments, tour paths, and common areas are clean and well-presented. 2. Team Leadership & Development: • Train, supervise, and support Leasing Consultants or leasing team members. • Conduct regular leasing meetings and provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback. • Ensure team compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, and all company policies and procedures. 3. Customer Service & Retention: • Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents. • Resolve resident concerns in a timely, professional, and solution-focused manner. • Assist in organizing resident events and retention initiatives. 4. Compliance & Quality Assurance: • Oversee the application process, ensuring all leasing documentation is accurate and complete. • Assist in rent collection, delinquency management, and lease renewals. • Generate leasing reports and monitor performance metrics. • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws, local regulations, and company leasing policies.

Responsibilities

The Leasing Manager is responsible for leading all leasing operations to meet occupancy goals by implementing effective marketing strategies and guiding prospective residents through the entire leasing process.
