POSITION SUMMARY

As a Leasing Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining high occupancy levels and resident satisfaction across multiple properties in the South Hills area, including our Upper St. Clair, Bentwood, and Bridgeville locations. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through the leasing process and ensuring a seamless move-in experience. In addition, you’ll work closely with the property management team to market our communities, execute lease agreements, and build strong, lasting resident relationships.

ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES:

• Accurately process rental applications, including income verification, background checks, and credit screenings.
• Prepare and maintain lease agreements, ensuring compliance with fair housing laws and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records in property management software (AppFolio experience is a plus).
