We are seeking a dynamic Leasing & Marketing Agent professional to join our team in Abu Dhabi, combining strong technical expertise with proven commercial and client-facing experience. The ideal candidate will have a solid IT background, complemented by hands-on sales experience within the real estate sector and drive leasing opportunities from initial engagement through to successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Abu Dhabi real estate market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and other relevant stakeholders.
• Manage the complete leasing cycle, including prospecting, qualification, presentations, proposals, negotiations, and closing.
• Understand client challenges and identify technology solutions that deliver measurable business value.
• Prepare and deliver compelling technical and commercial presentations to prospective clients.
• Develop proposals, quotations, solution recommendations, and commercial offers.
• Develop a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, competitors, and emerging trends in real estate technology.
• Provide regular leasing forecasts and pipeline updates to management.
• Maintain detailed records of daily works, client interactions, proposals, and leasing activity.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Sales, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Experience in IT solutions, software, SaaS, ERP/CRM systems, cybersecurity, cloud services, networking, or other technology solutions.
• Existing network of contacts within the Abu Dhabi/UAE real estate sector.
