QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor’s Degree Holder
• Has relevant experience dealing with clients, customers, stakeholders
• Good communication and follow-through skills
• Assertive, pro-active and has sense of initiative
• Has experience in Real Estate industry is an advantage

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Listing:

• To assist the Team in preparing the Capability Statement for specific client requirements / needs.
• To prepare proposal templates, mostly for tenant representations.
• To track done deals through information from agents, landlords, newspaper articles and competitor materials.
• To track outsourcing market movements though newspaper articles, job ads, done deal information and other outsourcing research websites
• To prepare market overview presentations including Metro Cebu new office supply chart, take-up and lease rate charts and building slides.
• To generate listings for particular cities or provinces as requested by clients.
• To do mail shots.
• To assist negotiations in researching for information and in preparing options list.
• To do telemarketing function as needed.

Transactional:

• Find and assist clients in managing diversified real estate portfolios
• Develop and maintain honest and professional relationships with clients through constant and systematic communication in order to assure client requirements are consistently met and future requirements are generated
• Cross sell other company services
• Competitor scanning and reporting
• Due diligence on prospective clients
• Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences with the view of collecting industry information and promoting the company to prospective clients, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
