As a Leasing Professional, you’ll be the face of the community, helping prospective residents find the right home and supporting current residents with professionalism and care. This is a fast-paced, customer-focused role perfect for someone who loves working with people, thrives on meeting goals, and is looking to grow in the multifamily industry. What You’ll Do Greet prospective residents, provide tours, and highlight community features Answer phone calls, emails, and online inquiries with professionalism and urgency Guide applicants through the leasing process from start to finish Maintain accurate records in Entrata (or similar software) Assist with marketing efforts, outreach, and resident events Support move-ins, lease renewals, and resident communication Collaborate with maintenance and management teams to ensure resident satisfaction Stay current on market trends, pricing, and availability What You’ll Need to Succeed Required: Strong customer service and communication skills Availability to work Saturdays (closed on Sundays) and maintain a flexible weekday schedule Comfortable working with leasing goals and sales metrics Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new systems Preferred: Previous leasing, sales, or customer-facing experience Experience with Entrata or property management software Bilingual abilities What You’ll Get We offer one of the most competitive benefits packages in the industry—because we believe when we take care of you, you can take care of everything else. 15 Paid Holidays (including CAF Impact Day) PTO based on tenure: 0–4 years: 15 days 5–9 years: 20 days 10–14 years: 25 days 15+ years: 30 days 3 Flex Days per year Medical, Dental & Vision (employee medical starts at $65/month) 401(k) with company contributions (after 6 months) Paid Parental Leave (10 days) 30–50% Employee Housing Discount (after 30 days, if applicable) Recognition programs, commission incentives, and a people-first culture Physical Requirements This role requires regular movement throughout the property and occasional lifting.
