Now Hiring: Leasing Professional at RISE Doro – New Construction Community | Jacksonville, FL About the Role RISE Doro is a brand-new community in downtown Jacksonville, and we’re looking for an energetic, customer-focused Leasing Professional to help bring this exciting new development to life. As a Leasing Professional, you’ll be on the front lines of the lease-up — engaging with prospects, conducting tours, driving leasing momentum, and delivering an exceptional first impression. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys relationship-building, and wants to be part of launching a new community from the ground up. What We’re Looking For * Prior leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred * Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional, welcoming demeanor * Confident in conducting tours, handling objections, and closing leases * Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing leads and follow-ups * Familiarity with property management software (Entrata preferred) * Team-oriented, reliable, and motivated by performance * Comfortable supporting outreach, events, and marketing efforts What You’ll Be Doing * Manage the leasing process from initial inquiry through lease execution * Conduct engaging tours showcasing apartment homes and community amenities * Follow up with leads and convert prospects into residents * Support marketing and outreach initiatives to generate traffic * Maintain accurate prospect and leasing records in the CRM * Assist with resident move-ins and deliver a high-quality customer experience * Collaborate with the onsite team to support occupancy and lease-up goals Pay & Perks * Compensation: $22–$24 per hour, based on experience * Performance Incentives: Bonus opportunities tied to leasing milestones * Pay Schedule: Paid semi-monthly * Paid Time Off: Vacation, sick time, and a floating holiday * Health Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, EAP, and more * 401(k) with Company Match * Insurance Coverage: Begins the 1st of the month after your hire date Why You’ll Love It Here At RISE, our motto is Love.
