Part-Time Leasing Professional at The Preserve About the Role The Preserve is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Part-Time Leasing Professional to support our onsite team and help create a welcoming, engaging experience for prospective and current residents. In this role, you’ll assist with tours, leasing inquiries, and resident interactions while helping maintain strong occupancy and community satisfaction. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a team environment, and wants hands-on experience in property management. What We’re Looking For * Previous leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Friendly, professional, and comfortable conducting tours * Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage follow-ups * Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment * Dependable and able to work a flexible part-time schedule What You’ll Be Doing * Assist prospective residents with leasing inquiries and property tours * Support the leasing process from application to move-in * Follow up with leads and assist in closing leases * Provide excellent customer service to current residents * Maintain accurate records of leasing activity * Support marketing and outreach efforts as needed Compensation & Benefits * Compensation: $14–$15 per hour, based on experience * Commission: $25 per lease * Resident Discount: Eligible for a 20% rent discount * Employment Type: Part-time Why You’ll Love It Here At RISE, our motto is Love.
