Position: Leasing Professional Location: The Apex Apartments - Cincinnati, OH Office Hours: Monday through Friday 9am-6pm Pay Rate: Up to $21 per hour (based on experience), plus commissions and incentives What You'll Do: Drive leasing success and deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact through move-in. Engage prospects, conduct tours, and showcase apartments and amenities Manage inquiries, follow-ups, and leasing activity in Yardi Assist with applications, renewals, and insurance verification Ensure smooth move-ins and maintain model and market-ready units Support administrative tasks, reporting, marketing, and resident events Who You Are: A motivated, customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
