Position: Leasing Professional Location: Towne Properties - Cincinnati, OH Office Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, Saturdays 11AM-4PM Pay Rate: $18-$20 hour (based on experience and qualifications), plus commissions and incentives What You'll Do: You’ll play a key role in driving leasing success and delivering an exceptional customer experience. From first contact through move-in, you’ll support prospects and residents while helping keep the community organized, market-ready, and welcoming. Engage with prospective residents, showcase model apartments, and highlight community amenities Handle inquiries, conduct property tours, and manage follow-up communication in Yardi Assist with application verification, lease renewals, and insurance verifications Ensure a smooth, seamless move-in experience and confirm property readiness Maintain the pristine condition of model apartments, target units, and market-ready vacancies Support property bookkeeping, report generation, newsletters, paperwork, and administrative tasks Support administrative tasks, reporting, marketing efforts, social media, and resident events. Who You Are: You’re a motivated, customer-focused professional who enjoys working with people in a fast-paced environment. You bring strong organization, attention to detail, and a positive attitude, helping create a welcoming experience for prospects and residents while supporting the success of the community.
