We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Leasing & Property Management Specialist to assist with marketing rental properties, managing tenant communications, and supporting day-to-day property operations. The ideal candidate has experience in residential real estate, property management, leasing, tenant relations, or rental marketing and is comfortable working across multiple online rental platforms. Key Responsibilities ● Create, publish, and maintain rental listings across major rental platforms ● Optimize property advertisements to maximize visibility and lead generation ● Respond promptly to prospective tenant inquiries ● Coordinate property showings and virtual tours ● Pre-screen applicants according to established criteria ● Assist with application processing and lease documentation ● Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, and tenant communications ● Monitor listing performance and recommend marketing improvements ● Ensure property information remains accurate and up-to-date ● Support tenant onboarding and move-in coordination ● Communicate professionally with tenants, vendors, and property owners
