This lease‑up community is growing fast, and we’re looking for someone who can help shape the resident experience from day one. Office Hours: * Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM * Saturday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM * Sunday: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM Weekend rotation is required. What You’ll Do: * Tour apartment homes and the community with prospective residents * Process rental applications with accuracy * Prepare move‑in documents and support new resident onboarding * Provide exceptional service to current and future residents * Help drive leasing momentum during our lease‑up period Leasing experience is preferred, but we also welcome candidates with: * Strong customer service and interpersonal skills * Sales ability with a focus on closing and meeting goals * Excellent verbal and written communication * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of traffic * Basic proficiency with email, property management software, and CRM systems * Solid problem‑solving abilities and professionalism * A positive, team‑focused attitude Ascent Apartments offers a supportive environment, a strong team culture, and the chance to be part of a community you’ll be proud to represent.
