We are seeking a Leasing/Sales Admin to join our dynamic team in Ottawa. This role is essential in facilitating the leasing process, ensuring a seamless experience for prospective tenants while contributing to our mission of exceptional property management.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in property management or a related field
  • Proficiency in property management software
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on tenant satisfaction
  • Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
  • Previous sales experience is an asset
  • Administrative experience preferred but not mandatory
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Knowledge of local real estate market trends is a plus
