Description
Fairway Management (FWM), a division of JES Holdings, is responsible for the maintenance, marketing and business administration of more than 250 apartment communities and several single-family rental subdivisions. FWM's team of accountants, property managers, compliance officers and field staff members work together to maximize occupancy levels, affordable rents and exceptional living standards. Essential Functions:         * Partners effectively with marketing, property management and owners to develop a marketing plan utilizing area demographic information and internal market survey information compiled by the underwriting department.  * Creates and implement marketing campaigns to include: print and web advertisement, brochures, floor plans, pull-tabs, flyers, newspaper ads, radio and cable advertisement and the development of project specific materials for target residents.  * Generates traffic and prospective residents and provides proper documentation of and follow up according to company policy. * Communicates in a professional manner with all clients, investors, community leaders/ members, and other employees within the organization and present professionally at all times.   * Has a full understanding of conventional property leasing and completes on-going training to stay current with changes in the market.  * Greets new residents, verifies application data and qualifies potential residents in accordance with regulations and company specific guidelines.  * Collaborates as a member of a cross-functional team (Property Management, Leasing and Compliance) to collect, review and process rental applications, and any other cross-functional expectations as assigned. * Ensures comprehensive understanding of the area’s competitive market and assists in providing survey data as needed for internal reporting.  * Is aware of competitive communities’ rents and amenities, as well as area facts and statistics.  * Ensures model unit or any available units are ready to show to potential residents at all times.  * Assists in community programming such as open houses, community events, and ribbon cuttings. * Participates in turnover and punches. * Adheres to all company policies such as corporate compliance and business ethics, confidentiality, travel (expense reporting), dress code and personal appearance, etc.   * Possesses reliable motor vehicle transportation to facilitate marketing travel to properties supported.  Position Requirements:  * High School diploma or the equivalent * Prior experience in Leasing, preferred #LI-SB1
