Job Purposes
Control the operations of leasing in terms of researching and managing suitable tenants for a defined targeted market, to support sales operations effectively, aligning with business plans and objectives
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Control researching and determining the needs, living standards and economic viability of prospect customers
Manage presenting and advertising available properties using a variety of media and promoting materials, to attract short-term and long-term suitable tenants
Monitor providing information on all aspects of properties including expansion, zoning, and crime, to provide support and navigation of property market to tenants
Participate in negotiation of leasing terms and conditions and close deals to support leasing operations effectively
Control rental application data and personal references to ensure effective completion of leasing
Liaise with tenants and related functions to support leasing operations
Control making reports to summarize overall leasing to propose and improve team performance
Keep up to date with property market status to apply in leasing operations and improve performance within the team
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in related field
Minimum of 1-3 years of responsible experience in related field and 0-3 years of team management
Have problem solving skill
Have communication and negotiation skills
Be able to coordinate and multi-task
