SUMMARY
The Leasing / Tenant Relations Manager is responsible for developing and executing real estate acquisition, renewal and disposition strategies for assigned portfolio of properties in accordance with the terms and conditions of the client master service agreement(s) and/or other brokerage agreement(s).
At this position level:
Portfolios are typically medium to high complexity and volume.

Licenses and/or Professional Accreditation
Ontario and/or Quebec Real Estate License is requiredValid driver’s license and personal vehicle is required.

Strategic Planning and Analysis
Understands clients’ objectives, business drivers and needs in order to develop and recommend real estate acquisition, renewal and/or disposition strategies that meet the clients’ needs and optimizes the value delivered to the client.Conducts analysis and develops business cases to support recommendations.
Acquisition, Renewal and Disposition
Ensuring accurate and complete maintenance of all lease transaction documentation.Documenting and organizing all aspects of a transaction to ensure that all concerned parties have required information (e.g., Notice letters, Trade Record Sheets, Commission Agreements).
Relationship Management
Collaborates with relevant concerned parties to ensure all service delivery obligations are met and executed in accordance with all requirements.Develops and maintains effective relationships with all relevant concerned parties including but not limited to clients, brokers, landlords and real estate industry professionals.
Other
Compliance with all regulatory, brokerage and company requirements.Other duties as assigned.
