About the Role This position plays a key role in upholding CHANEL’s commitment to excellence in client experience within our in-house workshop. You will deliver professional, seamless support in Quality Control, Repair, and Care, ensuring the highest standards of Quality & After Sales Services for our Fashion retail team. You will report directly to the QC & After Sales Service Manager and collaborate closely with After Sales Service Coordinators to ensure smooth operations throughout the repair process. Impact you will create in the Role We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Leathergoods Repairer to join our After Sales Service team. Your craftsmanship will help preserve the quality and longevity of CHANEL’s luxury leather goods, ensuring every item reflects the Maison’s standards of excellence. Key Responsibilities Deliver in-house repair services for CHANEL Fashion products, including Handbags, Small leather goods, Accessories, shoes, costume jewelry, and eyewear Provide technical advice and conduct debriefs with internal and external stakeholders, especially at Les Ateliers. Demonstrate CHANEL’s savoir-faire and craftsmanship to internal teams. Monitor KPIs to ensure timely, high-quality repairs aligned with Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Identify and report quality issues found during repair of client items or stock. Support the development and upkeep of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Operate in accordance with global guidelines and contribute to productivity and operational improvement initiatives. Restoring Care Duties Diagnose worn items and complete detailed diagnosis reports. Provide service proposals aligned with professional standards. Execute approved restoring care procedures with precision and excellence.
