We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Leave of Absence Account Executive to join our team. This is a remote position. Job Summary This full-time role will serve as the single point of contact for assigned FMLA clients. This person is responsible for all phases of the FMLA program.   Key Responsibilities * Proactively work a caseload of clients enrolled with us for FMLA, STD, Personal Medical leaves etc * Provide consultative assistance to clients regarding approvals and denials of leaves and recommendations  * Effectively communicate all claim related info including leave approvals/denials, return to work, restricted hours and next steps  * Be the one point of contact for all leave inquiries for your dedicated accounts * Perform other related duties as assigned  Requirements * Positive attitude and team player mentality * Excellent oral and written communication skills  * Computer skills and experience with Microsoft Word and Excel * Workers' compensation knowledge is a plus  If you are seeking a career where you can achieve great things for great clients in a supportive and collaborative environment, then we may be the place for you.
