Overview The Los Angeles, CA office of Lewis Brisbois, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a Leave of Absence Administrator to support all levels of the firm across entire firm landscape, providing clear guidance, proactive communication, and high-touch service throughout the leave life-cycle. Responsibilities Serve as the Firm’s primary liaison for all leave of absence programs, ensuring compliance with policies and clear communication to employees and managers. Coordinate daily with the third‑party leave administrator to initiate, track, and resolve leave cases, escalating issues when needed. Maintain accurate leave records and documentation. Partner with HR, Benefits, Payroll, and Legal/Talent Operations to align leave dates, pay adjustments, benefits continuation, and timekeeping impacts. Support communication, education, and processes related to leave, including onboarding/offboarding tasks, FAQs, policy updates, and delivering high-quality client service. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a leave administration or closely related benefits/HR coordinator role with third-party administrator interaction Technical Skills: Proficiency with HRIS, case management, and spreadsheet/reporting tools [e.g., Excel or equivalent]; comfort reconciling data across systems.
