Special Education Teacher (LBS1) – 2025–2026 School Year Clarifi Staffing Solutions is collaborating with an Illinois elementary school to bring on a dedicated Special Education Teacher with an active LBS1 endorsement. This full-time role offers a manageable caseload—no more than 10 students across two grade levels—allowing you to provide focused, individualized instruction that makes a lasting impact. In this position, you’ll deliver specialized academic and social-emotional support tailored to each student’s IEP goals. Working hand-in-hand with families, general education teachers, and related service providers, you will create a team-based approach that promotes student growth and achievement. Work across no more than two grade levels, ensuring concentrated support and effective teaching. Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field. A genuine commitment to supporting diverse learners and advancing educational equity is essential. Previous experience in an elementary special education setting is preferred.
