bout The Role


As a Lecturer of A Level Economics at EKC Group, you'll inspire students to explore the forces shaping our world, developing their analytical thinking, problem-solving skills and understanding of real-world economic issues.

You'll deliver engaging, high-quality lessons across a range of learning environments, creating an inclusive and supportive atmosphere where every learner is encouraged to achieve their full potential.

In this role, you will:

  • Deliver inspiring and interactive A Level Economics lessons that bring economic theory to life.
  • Teach, assess and support students, helping them achieve excellent academic outcomes and progress to higher education or employment.
  • Plan, deliver and continually evaluate high-quality study programmes that meet the needs of learners and the curriculum.
  • Monitor learner progress, providing timely feedback and tailored support to maximise achievement.
  • Encourage critical thinking, discussion and independent learning, helping students develop confidence in applying economic concepts to current affairs.

This position is 14.5 hours per week with a salary of £14,646 up to £16,045. (Specific working pattern is to be confirmed)
