Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality instruction on the intersection of finance and technology, focusing on blockchain, digital payments, and AI in finance.

The Lecturer in Fintech is responsible for delivering instruction to undergraduate and postgraduate students, developing curriculum, and fostering industry collaborations. You will ensure students understand regulatory and security aspects critical to the fintech ecosystem, including digital banking and smart contracts.

Key Responsibilities

Teaching & Curriculum:

• Develop lectures and labs on Blockchain, Crypto, and AI in Finance.
• 
  
• Design secure and scalable systems using industry best practices.
• 
  
• Update materials to reflect fraud detection and regulatory compliance.
• 
  
• Create hands-on projects for robust fintech solution development.
• 
  

Research & Engagement:

• 
  
• Publish research on cybersecurity measures within fintech systems.
• 
  
• Supervise projects on DeFi and fraud-resistant payment systems.
• 
  
• Build relationships with startups, banks, and regulatory bodies.
• 
  
• Facilitate guest lectures, internships, and industry placements.

Qualifications & Skills

• 
  
• Education: Master's or Ph.D. in Fintech, Computer Science, IT, or Business.
• 
  
• Experience: 3 5 years in teaching fintech or financial services.
• 
  
• Skills: Proficiency in Ethereum/Hyperledger, AI/ML for finance, and data privacy laws.
• 
  
• Certifications: CISSP or Certified Fintech Professional (highly desirable).
•
