Your responsibilities

• They plan and deliver courses at the high school graduation level – including preparation, follow-up, and exams.
• They convey specialist content in an understandable, practical and target group-oriented manner.
• They work with colleagues on the further development of teaching content and teaching concepts.
• They accompany and motivate participants on their path to university entrance qualification.

Your profile

• Completed or advanced relevant university studies in the respective subject (ideally teaching qualification)
• Experience in adult education is an advantage.
• Enjoyment of working with adults and of modern teaching methods
• Very good language skills in the subject taught (for German: excellent German language skills)
• Experience in gender and diversity management or a willingness to undergo relevant further training.
• Strong communication skills, team orientation, flexibility and reliability.
