We’re looking for a dynamic and innovative HE Lecturer in Engineering to deliver high-impact, industry-relevant teaching across Levels 4–6. In this exciting role, you’ll have the chance to bring your real-world experience into the classroom—integrating emerging technologies and practical insights into forward-thinking programmes that prepare students for the modern engineering landscape.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education to level 6 and/or a professional qualification in a relevant engineering or manufacturing subject area
  • Minimum of Level 2 qualification in English and Mathematics GCSE 4+ or equivalent Relevant Teacher training
  • Teaching Qualification / willingness to complete within 3 years of employment or 3 years of the first available course

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:

  • Industrial experience within the engineering / manufacturing sector.
  • Experience of using CAD and/or other design software.
  • Experience of working with young people.
