Job Title: Lecturer in Health & Care
Location: Middlesbrough College Main Campus, TS2 1AD
Department: Health & Care
Reporting to: Curriculum Team Leader in Health & Care
Contractual hours: 37 hours per week
Teaching hours: 864 annualised hours
Annual Leave: 45 days per annum plus statutory Bank Holidays
Basis: Full time, Permanent

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

We seek candidates who:

  • Hold a minimum Level 3 qualification in Health & Care, or a relevant degree, along with
  • Hold GCSEs in English and Maths at grade 4/C.
  • Are qualified teacher or are willing to work towards gaining the qualification*.
  • Possess up-to-date knowledge and/or experience of teaching Health and Social Care.
  • Exhibit effective classroom management, excellent time management, and strong communication skills.
  • Are proficient in developing teaching materials using Information Learning Technology.
