QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Degree in Psychology, Criminology, or related subject.
• Teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, or equivalent) or willingness to achieve one.
• Experience teaching or supporting learners in FE/HE settings.
• Strong communication, organisational, and digital teaching skills.
