Key Responsibilities To deliver high standards of teaching and learning and to monitor assessment processes in accordance with awarding body requirements. To deliver departmental requirements of core and additional programmes including Health and Safety and environmental regulations. To deliver on level 1, 2 and 3 programmes and support the strand to develop new curriculum provision to include T-levels and HE programmes as required by the demands of the curriculum. Be ready to delivery via a blended learning approach i.e. face-to-face and online (remote delivery via Microsoft Teams) Producing sequenced schemes of work, lesson plans, assessment plans, learning materials and any other related activities that impact on the effectiveness of learning ensuring Ofsted Readiness. To co-ordinate and maintain records of formative and summative assessments of students’ learning carried out by the course team. To communicate external examination entry and timetable arrangements to the course team and students. Ensure that all students are well prepared for assessments through exams and employer set projects. To work pro-actively to forward the success and vision of the department and the College.
