ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Lecturer to support the delivery of undergraduate and postgraduate Business Management programmes. This role focuses on teaching, assessment, academic support, and contributing to curriculum development, with a strong emphasis on enhancing the student experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan and deliver engaging lectures and seminars.
• Lead and support modules, ensuring academic quality and compliance with quality assurance standards.
• Design inclusive learning resources, including digital materials.
• Assess student work, provide constructive feedback, and participate in moderation.
• Act as a personal tutor and support students’ academic progress.
• Engage in academic administration, team meetings, and student support initiatives.
• Contribute to research, knowledge exchange, or scholarly activity where appropriate.
• Promote equality, diversity, and inclusion across teaching and student engagement.
