About The Role We are seeking a part-time (0.5 FTE) Lecturer in Clinical Exercise Physiology to join our team on a continuing basis. In this role, you will design and deliver engaging teaching and clinical supervision across areas such as Clinical Exercise Medicine, Musculoskeletal and Occupational Conditions, Metabolic and Other Clinical Conditions, as well as Professional and Interprofessional Practice while working closely with industry partners and consumers to ensure our programs remain relevant and impactful. You will contribute to innovative course design, develop high-quality assessments, and deliver teaching in a variety of formats, from lectures and labs to online learning. Alongside your teaching, you will have the opportunity to grow your research profile through collaboration with colleagues, industry and community partners, supporting the School’s vision to drive excellence in education, research, and clinical practice. About You As a Lecturer you have exceptional interpersonal skills and demonstrated tertiary teaching experience, using blended learning approaches. To be successful you will also have:

  • A PhD, near completion of PhD, or equivalent industry and professional experience in clinical exercise physiology or related discipline and willing to commence a PhD.
  • Eligibility for membership and professional accreditation with Exercise and Sport Science Australia (ESSA) as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP).
  • Experience teaching at the tertiary level, including face-to-face, blended, and fully online teaching.
  • Experience as a practising accredited exercise physiologist and clinical educator.

What We Offer Base Salary Range: $125,240 - $148,229 (Level B), plus 17% superannuation (pension). The positions are part-time (0.5 FTE) and will be made on a continuing basis.
