To be eligible for our Qualified Lecturer salary banding (£30,583 - £46,263), you must hold one of the following teaching qualifications:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and committed professional to lead the delivery of engaging Early Years and Education programmes aligned with the college prospectus. In this role, you’ll create interactive and dynamic learning experiences, ensuring high standards of teaching, learning, and assessment that drive student success. You’ll play a key role within course teams, sharing responsibility for the quality of programme delivery and working within an agreed teaching load.
With full responsibility for course tutorship, you’ll also champion opportunities such as work experience and enrichment activities. The role involves working collaboratively with external agencies, college partners, local businesses, and employers to meet the diverse needs of our learners. Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential, as you’ll be expected to use a variety of inclusive teaching methods to support all students and foster a positive, successful learning environment.
