ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Possess a Level 5 qualification or higher and/or a relevant professional qualification, or equivalent.
  • English and Mathematics: Hold a minimum Level 2 qualification in English and Mathematics (e.g. GCSE Grade 4/C or above, CSE Level 1, O-Level Grade C or above, or Level 2 Adult Literacy/Numeracy, or equivalent).
  • Teaching Qualification: Hold a recognised teaching qualification or be working towards completion within three years of employment or within three years of the first available course.
  • Hold an HNC, HND, or higher-level qualification in an engineering discipline.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven experience within the mechanical or manufacturing engineering sector.
  • Competent in using CAD and/or other relevant design software tools.
  • Experience working with young people, ideally in an educational or mentoring capacity.
