Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking to appoint a Lecturer in English Education, with a specialist interest in Children’s Literature, to provide leadership in the fields of English at the IOE and beyond, joining a team of researchers and lecturers whose expertise spans a range of areas relevant to the education context.
In the first instance, this will involve teaching on the English Education MA programme, including leadership of the Literature for Children and Young People module and contributing to the supervision of MA dissertations, with the possibility of some supervision at doctoral level, as well as contributions to knowledge exchange and consultancy activities.
