WHO WE NEED
We are looking for a lecturer for delivery within our Foundation Learning department and who has experience of teaching, learning and assessment within further educational setting. You will have knowledge and understanding of working with 16 to 18 year olds and be able to evidence your achievements with this cohort. You will be dedicated, enthusiastic and innovative to join our outstanding faculty area. The successful applicant will be able to deliver accredited qualifications at Entry 3 and Level 1, including Functional Skills Maths & English. You will be professional, responsible and confident lecturer who has the skills to inspire both students and colleagues alike, and the ability to innovatively create and deliver and achieve for our young people.

With previous experience of teaching, youʼll have a practical, but creative approach that generates outstanding lessons that fully engage and inspire students, with ability to create innovative methods of learning that will support students’ and prepare them for progression to higher level learning and training.
