POSITION OVERVIEW

Position title: Lecturer in Health Justice and Community
Salary range: See Table 15 for the salary range for this position. A reasonable estimated full-time rate for this position at 100% time is $75,301-$101,198/year. Percent appointment may vary.
Anticipated start: Winter 2026 or later

QUALIFICATIONS

Basic qualifications (required at time of application)
Ph.D. or ABD (all but dissertation) trained in a social science or relevant interdisciplinary field such as feminist, queer, global, ethnic and/or American studies is a minimum requirement. Candidate must have at least one year of teaching experience.
Preferred qualifications
More than one year of teaching experience and a strong record of innovative, community-engaged teaching desired. Evidence of strong research training in critical health justice in order to teach research methods (qualitative/humanistic or quantitative) as part of their teaching repertoire.
