The Role: We are currently seeking Lecturers to teach across a range of undergraduate levels as part of our HND Business programme. Due to our delivery model, we require flexibility to teach during weekdays, evenings and at weekends.

Responsibilities

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

What you’ll be doing: As a Lecturer in HND Business, you will deliver business and management related modules. You will develop and deliver comprehensive course materials, undertake all aspects of learning, teaching and assessment of students and keep up to date with latest developments in your field and student support practices.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • All aspects of planning, delivering, and assessing student work, ensuring that all learning outcomes are met
  • Developing, updating, and improving course materials as appropriate
  • Using a variety of learning and teaching methods/materials
  • Actively engaging in staff development activities, peer observations, meetings and other administrative duties
  • Understanding and keeping up to date with latest developments in your field and student support practices
  • Working towards a range of clearly defined objectives for student attendance, continuation, completion, satisfaction and student progression
