Description

The Department of Communication and Media, wish to appoint a Lecturer who will undertake teaching with a focus on media and politics.
This is a full time and fixed term position to cover for colleague who has been awarded an international fellowship for 12 months, available from 1 September 2025 until 31 August 2026.
Preference will be given to applicants whose research and teaching focuses on media, politics and society. The post will cover Department¿s teaching in areas which include global news media and war, research methods, and digital media from an audience perspective. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to take part in research activities in the Department.
This role is eligible for sponsorship under the skilled worker route.
